How to search within Outlook Web
1. Go to https://outlook.office.com/mail/ or Outlook via Microsoft 365/Office online and sign in with the account whose mail you wish to view.
2. Click on the search bar and navigate to the filter button (three lines) then click on it.

3. In the filters, select the date field. You can type in a date or use the built-in calendar. Selecting the part that says the month will bring you to a yearly view where you can navigate through years quickly using the arrows. Select your start date (earliest emails to show) and end date (The cutoff of the emails you want to view).

4. Click search, and Outlook should show the mail it has for the selected time.
Optional: You may want to check the attachments box to search for emails with attachments such as PDF's
