Here are a list of helpful shortcuts you may find helpful in your day to day life:

Copy: Ctrl + C

Cut: Ctrl + X

Paste: Ctrl + V

Paste as plain text: Ctrl + Shift + V

Select all: Ctrl + A

Redo change: Ctrl + Y

Undo Change: Ctrl + Z

Deletes words to the left: Ctrl + Backspace

Security:

Close the active window. (If no active window is present, a shutdown box appears.): Alt + F4

Windows Menu: Ctrl+Alt+Delete

Lock Device: Windows key + L
