Cisco AnyConnect - User Guide
This guide will show you how to connect and disconnect from the AnyConnect VPN on your machine. To open the AnyConnect application. You can either find it in your taskbar or open from your start menu; The bottom right-hand corner of your screen click the up chevron arrow and double click the following icon If the icon isn't present it means the application isn't running. You can open the application by searching "AnyConnect" in the start search bar. Once the application is open, you'll see something similar to (will have your company name); Click the Connect button, enter the same credentials you log in to your machine with; You should get the following message in the bottom right-hand corner and the window will change; If you wish to disconnect the VPN, follow the above process to open the application and then click the Disconnect button.

OpenVPN - User Guide
This guide will show you how to connect and disconnect from the OpenVPN client on your machine. To open the AnyConnect application. You can either find it in your taskbar or open from your start menu; The bottom right-hand corner of your screen click the up chevron arrow and double click the following icon If the icon isn't present it means the application isn't running. You can open the application by searching "OpenVPN" in the start search bar. Once the application is open, you can right click to open the menu. Hover over the server name in question and select "Connect"; That will open the credential box below. Enter the same username and password that you use to login to your computer After a successful connection, you will receive the below prompt. Select "Don't ask again" and "Yes"; You will then receive a connected message and will be on the VPN. To disconnect the VPN, right-click the same icon in the tray and select the "Disconnect" button

Cisco Secure Client - User Guide
Cisco Secure Client is the new replacement for Cisco AnyConnect. This new update will be automatically deployed across all machines. During this transition, if you are connected to the VPN, your session will disconnect. You will need to reconnect following these steps. How to Open Cisco Secure Client Locate the Application: Go to the Start Menu on Windows and search for "Secure Client." Click on the “Cisco Secure Client” icon to open the application.
